Camp was great Tony! Your dedication is always inspiring. I am committed to not missing a day of the X this round even when I go do my half in denver. Tomorrow I start walking so there is no way any excess body fat will be hanging around as I start doing my pull ups. I love clean food, but if health wasn't an issue I'd just as easily live off of french fries. I still have to balence out my beliefs about food. Honestly I care about how I look and feel, but I like my chocolate cake and red wine. Perhaps I can just save it for my birthday.

Tony, Tony, Tony!!! I'm sooooo looking forward to meeting you in Chicago next month. To be honest, I'm a little scared too. This is so out of my comfort zone, in so many ways. BUT...I need an alteration to my transformation, so I'm going to Chicago for some inspiration and motivation regarding perspiration (sound familiar!) Amongst other things! Looking forward to working out, the seminars and meeting everyone! Take care....see you in chat and in Chicago!

Hey Tony,

I would have loved to have been in LA with you guys. If it was anything like the NY camp, I know I would have learned a ton about fitness and living a quality life. Not only are you a great fitness instructor, but you definitely have talent as a lecturer. Not too many people can claim that quality! Too bad there aren't any winter camps...How about a ski camp/fitness camp in Vermont? A little skiing, a little working out, a couple seminars...why not?

Hi Tony!

The LA Camp is the greatest thing I personally have done for myself in a very, very long time... it was tons of fun, such great people, I learned alot and there were some great eye opening moments in there too...

Can't wait for next year... I'm so ready to do it again...

Thank you for all you do for us, Doris 'the short' ;)

Hi Tony --

I just wanted to chime in and add one more heart-felt thank you for the awesome LA camp. I expected to have fun, learn some things, and maybe meet some interesting people. I didn't expect the life-changing experience I got. I posted a report of my weekend on the LA thread, but just in case you don't have the time or inclination to slog through it, I just wanted to give you the short version, which is: I get it. That page at the end of the P90X manual that discusses Life After P90X -- I totally get it now. Thank you so, SO much for helping me see it. I feel like a college freshman at orientation week who just wants to sign up for everything. Oh, and I've been practicing handstands every day -- I'm getting better! :)

Have a blissful week (and enjoy Chicago)!

Oops -- that last comment wasn't meant to be anonymous -- it was me, HazelP, from the LA Camp. Doh! I'm still learning my way around here (but I'm trying!).
